eVita Energy Group Ltd (company number 15852126) operates this website and decides why and how information submitted through the business energy renewal campaign is used. eVita is the data controller for this enquiry. What information does the form ask for?

The form asks for your business name and postcode, your name, work email and contact number, fuel type, and optional supply details such as supplier, contract end date, meter count, annual usage and cost. Campaign source information may also be attached to help identify which advert or campaign led to the enquiry. The form does not ask for bank or payment details, meter-point identifiers, copies of bills or meter notes.

Why is it used and who receives it?

The information is used to receive and review your business energy enquiry, contact you about the renewal request and manage the follow-up. The campaign route uses Cloudflare Workers and D1 to operate and record the enquiry, and FLG as the CRM used to handle the lead for eVita.

Submitting the form asks for contact about this enquiry only. It does not sign you up to unrelated marketing. Any later marketing would need to follow the applicable rules and choices.

Legal basis

eVita relies on its legitimate interests in receiving and managing business energy renewal enquiries so it can respond to a request you have made. It uses the information for this enquiry and related follow-up, subject to applicable law and your rights. eVita’s Privacy Policy provides more information about its handling of personal data.

How long is information kept?

eVita decides how long campaign enquiry records are kept. Information is kept for as long as it is needed to manage the enquiry and its follow-up, and for any justified legal, audit or dispute requirements. The same campaign retention instructions apply to the CRM record.

Cookies and website information

This campaign page is hosted on Cloudflare. Cloudflare Turnstile is used for security verification and may process technical connection information. The renewal page offers a separate choice for Google Ads campaign measurement. If you select “Allow measurement”, the Google tag may use browser storage and ad-click information to measure visits and whether FLG accepted an enquiry. No form answers, contact details or FLG lead ID are sent in the conversion event. The tag is not loaded if you choose “No thanks”; either choice leaves the enquiry form available.
